The actual location of The BHCC is at 3084 Motor Ave in Los Angeles. The property was owned in 1985 by a corporate solution law firm named L.A. Partners. Gene Axelrod is the head of it.
Improvements by new owners
BHCC comprises a 34,000-square-foot clubhouse along with added features including a gym, dining room, meeting room, ten-lighted tennis courts. It also has a Junior Olympic-size swimming pool. According to new owners, there would be a change in the big projects that would include a pool area, clubhouse, and widespread scenery.
BHCC to remain at the top spot in Southern California

There are around 1,500 members in the Southern Californian club (BHCC). The range of monthly dues begins from $175 to $350. There would be no increase in dues until the final renovation work gets over, say owners.
