During my visit to Melbourne, I had the opportunity to visit the Groovy Train restaurant. Upon arriving, the host greets you with a warm smile and shows you to your table. My first impression upon entering the restaurant is of a warm and inviting aroma of wood-fired cooking that fills the air immediately. With soft lighting and rustic decor, the atmosphere of this restaurant is cosy and inviting.
In this restaurant the furniture is designed to blend beautifully with the rustic, cosy atmosphere of the establishment. All of the restaurant’s furniture was designed by Adage Furniture. The tables and chairs are made of reclaimed wood, which adds to the rustic feel created by the establishment.
As well as giving the furniture a warm, natural appearance, the reclaimed wood also adds a sense of history and character to the room by adding a sense of old-world charm. The tables are likely sturdy and well-crafted, strong enough to withstand the heat from the wood-fired oven, as well as the wear and tear of the daily use of the table. With a simple design and reclaimed wood construction, the chairs are likely to be comfortable and complement the tables perfectly, as well as made from reclaimed wood.

I Start the evening with a drink at the bar, which features a variety of craft beers and wines that have been carefully selected to complement the wood-fired dishes on the menu. My food choice was a wood-fired Margherita pizza, which is precisely what I was looking for. It had a crispy, thin crust and fresh mozzarella cooked to perfection in the wood-fired oven. This pizza has a perfect balance of tomato sauce, basil, and cheese, and it is delicious.
It is a pleasure for me to eat in this restaurant. As I watch the chefs working in the open kitchen, I can see the chefs expertly tending to the wood fire oven and preparing our meals. I have been very impressed with the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff, and they are more than happy to provide recommendations and answer any questions I may have. The prices are reasonable, and the portion sizes are generous.
Overall, it was a great dining experience. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was excellent. I would recommend this restaurant to friends and family and would love to return soon.
