Cesar Millan came into the world on August 27, 1969, in the rural Culiacán, Sinaloa, Mexico. His father was Felipe Millán Guillen, and his mother was María Teresa Favela.
Cesar’s grandfather was Teodoro Millán Ángulo, a was a tenant farmer. Cesar grew up with various animals and worked alongside his grandfather on the farm in Sinaloa.
