He was born in Marshall, Minnesota, USA, on November 13, 1967; he’s of German-Swedish ancestry. To date, he has been in more than 60 films, ranging from 1999’s Forces of Nature to 2001’s Daddy Day Care to 2003’s Sahara and 2005’s A perfect getaway. He’s now a multimillionaire, thanks to the success of his famous films. As far back as 1990, Zahn has been a part of the entertainment industry as a performer and writer.

His parents were a YMCA worker named Zelda and a former Lutheran pastor named Carleton Edward Zahn, and he was raised in the small town of Mankato, Minnesota. He toured with Tommy Tune, Ann Reinking, and Marc Kudisch in Barry Weissler’s “Bye Bye Birdie” in 1992 and 1993. In 1994, Ben Stiller cast him in “Reality Bites” opposite Ethan Hawke.

When the hit sitcom “Friends” premiered in 1995, Zahn was cast as Phoebe’s husband Duncan on the show. Later, Zahn appeared in films such as Tom Hanks’ “That Thing You Do” (1996), Nora Ephron’s You’ve Got Mail” (1998), and Steven Soderbergh’s ‘Out of Sight,’ which were all produced by Tom Hanks in the 1990s. In addition to helping him build a reputation, these films also increased his net worth.

Soon after, Zahn was offered the leading role in the 1999 film “Happy Texas,” which received rave reviews for both Zahn’s acting and its message. However, Zahn’s most famous films are from the 2000s, including “National Security” (2003) with Martin Lawrence, “Daddy Day Care” (2003) with Eddie Murphy and Regina King, and “Sahara” (2005) with Matthew McConaughey, Penelope Cruz, and William H.
