Several aspects contribute to a patient entering a healthcare office in trusting the staff. It would also affect the trust and adherence to any prescribed treatment plan. Therefore, it would be important that healthcare workers convey professional behavior. If they were frustrated, distracted, not confident, or have a physically unprofessional appearance, rest assured that it would contribute to a poor patient experience.
