But one day the phone rings and it is time for her to go back home; her father is calling her. Her father has numerous hotels and successful construction business. They both are good at what they do, but Joaquin, the most corrupt sibling, intends to keep the entire industry for himself.

A shockwave runs through the family when Cecilia makes Ana Maria the CEO instead of Joaquin or Andres. It opens the gates to death threats, blackmails, and torture. There is a lot of drama that follows- sibling rivalry, insecurities, real challenges of running a business. Amidst all this, Ana Maria is struggling hard to find the real killer of her father.
