A house owned by his wife in Henderson, Nevada was raided by the police where they found evidence of Keefe’s involvement in the murder. Moreover, on 2 November 2023, he pleaded not guilty in Las Vegas. His trial proceedings are scheduled to start in June 2024. Currently, he is under house arrest and was granted bail worth $75,000.
